refund & return policy

NONREFUNDABLE PRODUCTS

Due to the nature of the majority of our products, we do not offer full or partial refunds or exchanges for any products(s) that are purchased. This applies to the following products:

REFUNDABLE PRODUCTS

For items that are refundable, you are provided (14) days from the date of your purchase to initiate a return. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange of any kind. This applies to the following products:

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your account. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at [email protected].

DAMAGED, LOST OR STOLEN PRODUCTS

Currently, all purchases are shipped using the Unites States Postal Services (USPS). We take our time to package in a safe manner in order to avoid damages. If your product has been damaged, lost or stolen, we ask that you first file a claim with the USPS.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected].

You must provide a copy of your receipt, invoice, or other proof of purchase. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs related to the return of your item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. It is highly suggested that you use a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance when sending your items back. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
